His knowledge, experience and high energy has led him to be a guest speaker for various construction events. This has helped to forged the company to new heights of recognition in the industry in a short time frame, creating a valuable niche in today's construction market.

Marie Kamphuis is the backbone of the company bringing vast experience in marketing, management and streamlined production for the past seventeen years. Marie started her career in mechanical Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning contracting in Washington DC before relocating to Florida to pursue Commercial Real Estate. Her experience in the growing Real Estate market led her to become a Real Estate Investor herself. After numerous successful projects she turned her sights to the financing aspect of the business. Her organizational skills, creative thinking and ability to connect different groups with a common purpose makes her a cornerstone for Construction Lending Group's success.

Kelly Pensel comes from a strong sales and finance background which has led him to become a successful real estate investor at an early age. Relishing complex transactions, he is able to simplify the entire loan process and provide clear, well thought out options every step of the way. He has a meticulous hands-on style for negotiating commitments and managing the due diligence process on the part of the client. His combination of laid back sales with strong creative financing talents has allowed Construction Lending Group to fund numerous loans.
